Set in over eight acres of award winning private gardens and grounds - Rowton Hall Hotel is just 1 mile from Chester City Centre. The Hall originally build in 1779 stands on Rowton Moor - the site of a major battle of the English Civil war between the Royalists and Parliamentarians. Established as a hotel in 1955 it still retains many of the features of the original Hall including extensive oak panelling a self supporting hand carved staircase an original Inglenook fireplace and an elegant Robert Adam fireplace. Rowton Hall is renowned fot its warm informal country house welcome.The hotel offer a number of extras including spa facilities Chester Zoo tickets and extras in the rooms.

Directions to Rowton Hall Country House Hotel and Spa
From the M56 take junction 15 on to the M53. Exit the M53 at junction 12 and take the 3rd exit A56 to Chester. At the next roundabout turn left on to the A41 to Whitchurch. Follow straight throught to the second roundabout and turn left continuing along the A41. Follow the road for approximately 1 mile the sign for Rowton Hall will be on your left and the hotel is situated at the end of the next lane on the right.
